How to Make Money Online?

How can you make money online?

There are a lot of companies out there who are willing to teach you how to make money online but most of them are in fact only asking you to give them some money and are not serious about giving you some of their profit back.

BUT, there is one company that is absolutely serious about these things. There is one company, owned by a millionaire named Mack, which is actually teaching people online how to make money on the internet. More than 10 years ago Mack was unemployed and started to work online and tryed to make some money online. Over the last decade he has tryed all the softwares, all the websites, all the products other companies are offering and he has spent fortunes in useless things that didn´t give him any profit. But, he also spent money in things who did and therefore he is a millinonaire today.

What did he do?

He started as an affiliater, promoting other peoples products. That gave him some profit in the beginning. Then as he learned more he tryed something new and was alway learning more and more.

What can he do for you?

Now Mack is still working online but not only making money for him self but he is spending most of his time in teaching members how to make money online. He has built up his company and made lots of online video tutorials for beginners. There he shows you everything you need to know, he tells you exactly what to do to earn money and what what you should not do because it doesn´t give you any profit. And he is not lying to you when he tells you not to because he has tryed it himself. He is not leaving anything out, he tells you EVERYTHING!

Do you need a teacher in making money online?

If you would like some guidance in how to make lots of money online then you should join Mack´s group and do what he teaches you. Why? Because it works. He knows. He is waiting for you to join, he is going to send you emails in person and ask you how things are going.

Is there any risk involved?

You have nothing to loose because if you are not satisfied with your income you can get it all back within 2 months.

Forex Spot Market -

Forex Spot Market

Have you ever given a gold ring to your friend as a token of your true love? Gold has been the most precious metal from the dawn of civilization. It is still considered to be the ultimate currency and the ultimate store of value in times of political uncertainty. For the last ten years, the gold market is in a secular uptrend with the spot prices having recently breached the historical barrier of ,200 per troy ounce. After that there was a retracement and the prices did come down to around ,100 per ounce but this uptrend is expected to continue for sometime.

In the last decade, many investors turned towards forex after the historic crash in the stock market. Many small investors lost more than 60-70% of their saving accounts in the stock market crash. Now, forex is a great money making opportunity. It is being said that forex trading will make many millionaires in this decade.

Many people don’t know this that you can trade gold on forex too. Many forex broker platforms that you use to trade forex, allow trading of gold and silver against the US Dollar (USD) from the same platform. Both these precious metals have high demand in the industrial sector and as the global economy recovers from the recession, the prices of gold and silver are expected to skyrockets as industrial production picks up and consumers start buying again. When you trade a currency pair, you go long on one currency and short on the other. In other words, you simply buy one and sell the other. Forex Spot Market

In case of spot gold trading on forex, you trade one ounce of gold in the spot market against the US Dollar (USD). So just like when you trade a currency pair, when you trade gold on forex, you are taking either a long or a short position in gold against USD. There are many currency pairs that you can trade like the GBPUSD, EURUSD, UADUSD, NZDUSD, JPYUSD. Spot trading gold on forex is almost similar with gold replacing one currency in the pair and the other currency is always USD.

So, in spot gold trading on forex, you are trading one troy ounce of gold against USD. Interestingly the symbol for this is also XAUUSD with XAU representing one ounce of gold. Now, suppose the price quote in the spot market is 1100 XAUUSD. What this means is that one troy ounce of gold in the spot market right now is equal to ,100 USD.

Just like any other financial market, the price quote in the gold spot market has got a bid/ask spread. So if the price quote is 1110/1115, it means that you can sell one troy ounce of gold in the spot market for ,110 and buy one troy ounce of gold at ,115 meaning you will have to pay a spread of per troy ounce when trading in gold in the spot market.Spot gold trading on forex is a fast moving market and the spread keeps on changing throughout the day.

Now a standard lot in currency trading is equal to 0,000. But in case of gold on forex, a standard lot is equal to 10 troy ounces of gold. So, if you find the price quote to be 1112/1117 and you are interested in going long. In that case you will have to buy 1 lot of gold that is equal to ,170. Spot gold market is a fast moving market and the price quotes keep on changing. So, suppose just after 60 minutes, you find the quote to be 1120/1126. You see a profit and decide to get out selling at ,200 making a profit of . Now if you had used leverage, you would have needed a much lower initial investment to make a profit of in just 60 minutes.

Gold is also know as anti dollar. What this means is that their is an inverse correlation between gold and USD. This inverse relationship can help you hedge your positions in other currency pairs. Forex Spot Market

The Polyethylene Terephthalate PET Market to 2020 Carbonated Soft Drinks and Bottled Water Market in Asia Driving the Global Demand

The global demand for PET was growing fast over the last decade. The effect of the economic slowdown has adversely affected the consumption of various commodities in many countries globally. Hence, demand for PET has also slowed down over the past two years. The global PET market in 2009 was 15.3 million tons. As the economies recover from the slowdown, the consumption of commodities will rise again and the global demand for PET will grow at CAGR of 4.9% up to 2020. The demand for PET is highest in Asia. China is driving the majority of the demand for PET in the world. The demand in advanced countries like Japan has largely stabilized. With the large population in countries such as India and China, there is a huge consumption potential in these countries. The Asian demand by volume for PET in 2009 was nearly 4.7 million tons.

Europe is the second largest consumer of PET in the world. Russia, Italy and Germany are the major consuming countries in Europe. The demand in some Western European countries, such as Germany, France, Spain and the UK, is approaching the maturity stage. Growth in European PET demand is driven mostly by Russia. The demand for PET in Europe was around 3.7 million tons in 2009. The North American economy is the most developed and advanced, and the scope for growth is lowest as the demand is close to saturation. However, certain new and upcoming applications of PET are driving the North American market. The North American demand for PET in 2009 was close to 3.1 million tons in 2009. The PET demand in South and Central America is growing fairly strongly. This region consumed around 2 million tons of PET in the year 2009. The Middle East and African demand for PET is the second fastest growing after that of Asia. The Middle East and Africa region consumed around 1.2 million tons PET in 2009.

The GDP of countries like China and India in Asia are growing at rates higher than the global GDP growth rates. The key markets consuming PET are also growing in these countries. The strong economic growth along with the large population enables the large consumption of Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSDs) and bottled water in the region. The rapidly changing lifestyle of people in the region supports the consumption of packaged food. China has also grown rapidly in the capacity and production of petrochemicals. China is the largest producer of PET in the region and exports to many countries.

CSD is the largest market for PET globally. Because of its light weight, toughness and clarity, PET is the most preferred material for CSD bottles. Bottled water is the second biggest PET consuming market globally. CSD and bottled water together account for more than 65% of the global PET demand. However, the packaged food segment is also a very important and growing market for PET. The beer market is largely untapped but has strong potential for growth with regard to PET applications.

Property Investment

Property Investment

Property investment has always been one of the most common methods of investing capital. Many know that property investment can be a lucrative business option and hence many investors consider it an integral part of their diversified portfolio.

Investing capital in a specific industry like property is a long-term way for individuals or families to obtain financial security for their present as well as future. As property values are rising in many countries, investors can achieve good capital growth.

Here are important points to consider about property investment:

1) The bottom line of property investment is to find an affordable property that can prove to be highly lucrative for the future. Anyone can invest in property and use any number of the many books and guides packed with helpful information that are available on the internet and at local bookstores and libraries.

2) Sometimes this huge amount of information can seem to be complicated and confusing. The best advice is to start from a primary level and then learn some tricks of the trade. If you are a beginner, you must look for a profitable property investment…so seek articles and tips on this.

3) Though the whole scenario of investments is always changing, property investment is still a viable means to enhance your financial portfolio. As time moves on, for example with newer media options of television and internet, new trends in property investment are appearing.

4) In the last decade, a common way to buy and sell property was to buy a house and / or to fix the existing problems. Prepare your property for resale and then sell the house quickly.

5) Residential property investment is the investment that can carry low risk and is not like investing in commercial property where investors have to worry about the conditions of businesses. Property investment loans are not as difficult to get as other types of loans and investing in residential properties can give investors a substantial financial boost.

Investors must consider the surrounding environment. For example, if you are buying residential properties then check whether there are sufficient numbers of schools, hospitals, main roads etc. to support our day-to-day existence.

Question by IceCube: Will the US property crisis that led to financial crisis bring a melt down for the global financial system?
After all we stop gold back currency way back I think in 1975 and started a currency back system with the USD being one of the major currencies, will this US crisis bring an end to this currency era, and what should be the new system?

The US property crisis that led to financial crisis is already causing some sort of a melt down for the global financial system. This is because both a slowing down of demand by US consumers, the depreciation of the SD$ making imports by the Americans costlier and a general slower growth of economic activity caused by high oil prices dampening the growth in large fast growing emerging economies like China and India. On top of this a severe crisis of confidence over extending creadit has spread from the US to all advance countries and now spreading to emerging countries.
Much before this crisis, however, the importance of US $ as the internationally currency has been dwindling. Over the last decade the US has run huge trade deficits and the supply of dollar has increased tremendously, resulting in US becoming a great borrower in the international market for foreign capital. Thus the US $ had depreciated. Peole are shifting to other currencies as a exchange medium and store of value.
It is difficult to say that the US $ would be competely replaced by others as an international currency at the his stage and in the near future. But if the Us and world economy gets into a prolonged severe depression, a new monetary arrangement may have to be evolved. At present however this would seem too far fetched.
If however the US economy bounces back faster, reduces her dependence on imported oil significantly, is able to become competive enough to sell nuclear and solar enegry technology and equipment to developing countries at a cost that is less expensive than their dependence on imported oil, and eliminates her trade dificit situation and reduces her debt burden, the US $ may regain its old status. If the US cannot do that, other currencies will gain strength or a new international currency have to be developed whose value would be more stable and robust.

Taking the Guesswork Out of Adjustable Rate Mortgages

Taking the Guesswork Out of Adjustable Rate Mortgages

Next to critiquing the decorating taste of your home’s previous owner, playing the “adjustable mortgage game” may rank as one of the most popular (and least pleasant) pastimes of Canadian homebuyers.

Here’s how it works.

As you’re exploring your mortgage options, you review the long and steady slide of mortgage rates in Canada over the last decade and make the decision to go with an adjustable mortgage when you buy, at renewal or when refinancing. You’re now a player. Then you watch for clues about mortgage rate movement, trying to guess the perfect moment to lock in your mortgage. The objective of the game is to try to guess the bottom… and you won’t know it’s the bottom until it’s too late. In today’s low rate environment, we should acknowledge that most of the players are already winners; but it can still be a stress-inducing game.

One way to remove all of the guesswork is to consider a capped-rate adjustable mortgage, although there are only a few options available in the marketplace.

There is a unique adjustable mortgage that is not based on the Canadian Prime Rate (the usual benchmark) – but on what is known as the Banker’s Acceptance rate: a benchmark that is used for professional money managers. In effect, the BA rate, as its known, is the rate lenders charge one another.

Not surprisingly, it’s typically much lower than prime. In fact, the effective rate of this adjustable mortgage has been consistently lower than competitive variable or adjustable rate products based on Prime. A capped version is now available.

An adjustable rate mortgage with a cap offers unlimited downside rate movement, but also provides a guarantee that the rate will never rise more than a certain percentage higher than the starting base rate – no matter what happens to the lending rates.

The rate cap takes the guesswork out of the adjustable mortgage game. If rates continue to drop, your Mortgage rate also drops accordingly. But if rates begin to rise, you know that your own mortgage rate has a fixed ceiling. Imagine, no more worrying about when to lock in your mortgage, and no more second-guessing your decisions when rates go back down again. Of course, this kind of flexibility comes at a small premium over a regular adjustable-rate mortgage.

In the past several years, more and more Canadians have passed on the security of traditional fixed-rate mortgages for the savings potential of an adjustable rate. And in an environment of dropping rates, the adjustable rate choice has proven its value to homebuyers. With today’s rates among the lowest in memory, many homeowners continue to worry about whether or not they should lock in or not. After all, we don’t want to lose the flexibility of having our rate adjustable downward… but we’d also like to have it fixed upward.

If we had a crystal ball, we could make perfect decisions about our mortgage options, and we’d know how to secure the best rate. But a mortgage that passes on declining rates and has a rate cap on the upside can be the next best thing to seeing into the future. And the result is an adjustable mortgage game that the homebuyer is heavily favoured to win.
