Q&A: Anyone know the best way for me to finance my plan for global domination?

Question by Patrick: Anyone know the best way for me to finance my plan for global domination?
My friend and were discussing schemes to conquer the world and we found the planning stages to be quite burdensome. So much to take into consideration! Our ultimate goal is to obtain enough financing to build a weapon capable of deflecting an asteroid to put it on a collision course with the planet Earth. With this technology we could easily hold the entire planet hostage and enslave the entire human race. Any ideas how we could finance this? Thanks, everyone.

Question by ROCK*N* BOOTY: Have you experience any good home loans from Bank?
Are there good bank in America who treat you fair on ya home loan

Best answer:

Answer by jseah114
They all treat you fair. Under federal law, they are not allowed to discriminate against you on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, etc. They will, however, determine your loan-ability based on your credit. If your credit is not good, they may not be as favorable to you. However, there are some lenders that will be willing to enter into higher risk loans.

Salt in the wounds from an inopportunely timed CNBC broadcast. We know about poison corporate food, but we fail to notice a poisoned main stream media. Trim tabs indicates that the market fails to operate to money flow metrics. We are moving from “Denial” to the “confusion” stage of the great reset.

Should the US customs treat foreign visitors with more respect & decency to ease the global financial crisis?

September 1st, 2010 by Bank Loan | 8 Comments | Filed in News

Question by a different kind of Angel: Should the US customs treat foreign visitors with more respect & decency to ease the global financial crisis?
I keep hearing, off every person I have spoke to, that for an outsider to visit America, they are treated badly by the customs officials. I am told that they are spoken to badly, roughly manhandled, locked in a cell for hours on end without access to basics such as water, and generally treated, without any valid reason, like criminals. This is regardless, I am told, of their nationality, or origin of travel. Apparently, American citizens do not experience this kind of treatment, nor do they witness it.

The reason for the question is this: Assuming of the information I have received is correct, that foreign citizens are treated badly, is this, and has it been, deterring people from travelling to the states? With less foreign visitors to the US, has the US economy suffered? Are bars closing because the visitors are not holidaying in the country? Are clothes sales down, because of lack of tourism, which also shuts down the clothes manufacturers?

We all know that the worlds economies are linked to that of the US dollar, through oil and such being sold by the dollar. So, as the US dollar has decreased in value, as a direct result of businesses closing, has this economic suffering then been transferred to the rest of the world?

Could the US economy be stabilized by treating tourists with respect and decency, making people wanting to go to America, and so spending money and increasing the job market?

Because looking at it, it seems if the US economy stabilized, the rest of the world would too, as their money systems are linked…

This is a valid query. Any and all thoughts are very welcome and appreciated.

Please, let me know what you think…
Bricklayer: could you mention to which airport you usually fly to please? some might be better than others…
Sarah: my sister is one of the people this has happened to. She was 33, with no criminal background whatsoever. She wasn’t even stopping in America, but she changed flights in Chicago, in transit, to Canada, and was banned from the US, for no reason whatsoever. She was however, travelling alone. She is also white.
Thank you everyone for the time you all took to answer… it seems, from what has been said here, that not everyone is treated badly ~ and that the US customs even smile…

Well, this applies to any country. Of course immigration officials should be polite to visitors, tho I don`t know if tourists would cease to visit the US just because of rude officials.
It would take more than that I think.
The main reasons why tourists would stop coming is because they haven`t a lot of money in this world recession. The same applies everywhere.

Politeness should be an individual thing – a matter of being proud to represent your country in a polite way.
I supposer anyone can be rude if that is how they are.

Q&A: Is it possible to refinance a car loan with one’s current auto loan bank or institution?

Question by lightning_strikes: Is it possible to refinance a car loan with one’s current auto loan bank or institution?
I currently have an auto loan with Bank of America. I am paying 9.7% APR. I’m considering refinancing just to get my interest rate lower.

In fall 05, I started it w/ a loan balance of ~$ 27K. In 1.5yrs, I’ve paid down the loan to a little under $ 15K. Currently the car has a trade-in value of ~$ 19,500 and a retail resale value of ~$ 23K(I looked this up on Kelly Blue Book’s website). So I know that I’m not upside-down on my loan.

Do I have a good chance of refinancing? My credit is solid, but the only thing that I’m afraid might hinder me is the credit card balances that I currently have(although I’ve been paying them on time).

More importantly–Is there a chance Bank of America might be able to refinance my car loan for a lower rate? If they do this, is it possible for the loan acct.# to stay the same?(since it’s within the same bank) Do banks sometimes refinance car loans that they already manage? And if I tried to refi with Bank of America, would it create a hard inquiry?
I asked about it at my credit union and I’d say it’s a no-no. The credit union said they only determine int. rates based on what tier my credit score falls in, so my good loan-to-value ratio, length of loan, etc won’t help me. They also said that I’d only qualify for a “used car” loan, and the rates are higher for those. But I will definitely try Bank of America…except I called 2X today and got disconnected each time after waiting a while. >:( Anyone have any specific car loan experience dealing with Bank of America?

Answer by threeboysmamma
You really should have no problem refinancing as long as you do not owe more than the vehicle is worth and you have ok credit.

Question by Emanuel: do colleges give out loans for labtops im taking online coures?

Best answer:

Answer by Roath
Some colleges do provide financial aid which may vary from college to college. The purpose of the financial aid may also depend no the college. So the best I can suggest you is that you should contact a number of colleges and talk to authorities to know the exact procedure and requirements of their financial aid process.

Question by ? Vaginal Discount ?: I am drafting a FINANCIAL REPORT, one that I am giving to a private lender, what details should I include?
Any advice is helpful. I am borrowing on a piece of property that I own. I am having a 2nd Trust Deed put onto 40 acres that I own from the same person who gave me the first. It is a small private loan, and before escrow he wants me to provide to him a financial statement. Im 24 so you can see im kind of new to the game…….Ive been involved in R.E. for about 2 years now, and even through all these hard times everyone is going through I am still doing pretty well for the business that I am in. Any help would do.

I will google it for a little bit…but I am just assuming listings of all the properties that I own…

Also as far as my earnings, I am self employed, so do I need to list how I made my money as far as investments??? I will add in what I get each month for my rentals……. and……..yea..any help would do, I need to have this by the close of the day :P

Thanks you guys
also: when I include the property site addresses that I own, I am going to include how much is owed and its worth. On properties that are paid off, is there a WORD i should type in, instead of $ 0.00??? maybe besides reconveyed? Thanks
no they just want me to do it. its more of a personal level we are on so trust has already been established..

Q&A: What do you think of the opinion you should never listen to investment experts; they are likely to be biased ?

September 1st, 2010 by Bank Loan | 6 Comments | Filed in News

Question by Lorne: What do you think of the opinion you should never listen to investment experts; they are likely to be biased ?
Investment advice on various stocks by ‘experts’ seems to be an attempt to manipulate the stock price on things they hold – therefore we should be very wary of their advice.

Their advise should be based on first principles analysis of business performance and placing this in context of the market the business operates in combined with technical factors that might affect the share price or the small investor eg Currency movements and losses from currency conversion and transaction charges.

What should we take into account when considering their advice?

Best answer:

Answer by swenjj
they wont be able to manipulate the stock price unless its some little penny stock, then you shouldnt be buying it anyway

it is odd how people here say to not use a financial planner, to do it yourself, i don’t get that, if you dont know what you are doing with a car do you fix it yourself or have a pro do it? your investments are more important than a car so have a pro help you out

just ask some relatives and friends for a good trustworthy planner

if you are talking about online investment experts, then yes, 85% of them are spammers or scammers, or just give horrible advice, like here it seems the advice for beginning investors is forex and invest your own stocks, terrible advice for a beginner

EDIT: you are already getting that advice i warned about, a new investor (i think) and he is told not to get advice, but invest in croatia, yes,put a new guy in a single stock in a foriegn country, i wish i could roll my eyes here

Q&A: Bad credit online personal loans? The safest and fastest…?

Question by aj2nice: Bad credit online personal loans? The safest and fastest…?

Best answer:

Answer by Andre2812
You may have to consider a secured loan or high interest, it really depends on you circumstance.

Contrary to the belief of other people who are rating this down, if you have gotten yourself into a bad situation in terms of having a bad credit name, you do not exactly have all the options in the world available. That is why a bank or lending institution will view you as a risk, if they have some sort of guarantee your loan has a better chance of being approved.
