been discussing with a freind and just looking at what the thoughts on this area are.

to what extent do you believe that a failure to fully embrace and really recognise risk has lead to the current financial crisis in its global scale? what other contributors could be overlooked by us in our debate?

sounds more to me like your looking for homework help. I'll help you a little, but i'll be honest – if you would at least try ie put some thoughts down here that represent what you are thinking, I would expand a great deal more on my answer. In any case, Lets just look at these sub prime loans – one of many problems that contributed to the current financial crisis. These loans were given to people who A. Never should have qualified for them, B. Were rigged to give the lenders time to package them – what i mean by that is teaser low rates to start with ie 3%, then they balloon to 9% or more in 2-3 years – buying the purchaser time to package them into complex financial Instruments. The purchasers of these notes, were in fact greedy and did not do their diligence. They assumed, incorrectly, that the US housing market would continue to rise, and that their worst case was getting a house back. They thought, no problem, we will just sell it for more and make even greater return. Greedy people, poor credit worthy borrower, greedy banks = crisis. ; Now, if you want to add here, i'm happy to give other examples.

Where can I obtain the lowest fees on closing cost when refinancing a mortgage? Also, why does conventional bank around the corner usually has one of the highest closing costs than a smaller mortgage company? Which mortgage company has the best deal and what is reasonable amount to pay on closing costs for an mortgage amount of $ 360K?

Look up Atlantic Bancorp of CA..or Atlantic Bancorp of America..they may have changed their name. But I've been closing deals with them for 3 years. They're pretty great. You can look at www.atlanticloan.com

If you are currently in the military, wouldn't you qualify for the Post 9-11 benefits and the Yellow Ribbon program?

You are better off contacting your VA person to find out the particulars. Stick it out as long as possible because if you do get the 9-11 benefits your school is pretty much paid for. I understand they will give you a living allowance as well. Get some more details. That 4th year could make the difference between 60% of benefits and 100% benefits.

In order to "sell your dad ten acres" you would have needed to legally subdivide the land through a formal process with the county. In order to split the land you will have to legally own it and it sounds like with your contract sale you don't own it outright yet. You'll need to pay off the balance of the loan and then call your county and ask how to initiate a subdivision process.

Call the bank and ask if you can cancel it. If you have coverage in case of illness or accident, you're probably good to go.

I'm not sure what you actually call these automated trading system, but i'm guessing they use some kind of algorithm software to sought through markets etc.

My question is really this. I've been trading Forex for 5 months now – mainly jpy/gbp market – and it's about time that I got my hands on some automated software – but which one.

I like the look of the PipBoxer – but a bit too pricey, but maybe doable. Otherwise Forex EA looks pretty sweet at $ 200. The alternatives I've seen are like those spammy sites like the forex killer, which supposedly get you pips while you sleep. Not convinced.

Anyway, has anyone used any of these or recommend a decent package which has genuinely helped there overall forex trading profit,

Forex trading systems work only as long as traders work. It's a simple case of emotion-free trading — letting markets decide the movements of trade rather than one's perceptions or emotions about how a certain trade should progress.

I use autopilot systems along with my own experience as a forex trader (3 years). Right now, I'm focusing on EUR trades and see some potential along with JPY. My name is Mark Molina, Im an architect in Las Vegas, NV. I work for someone else. Its a good job with very little overtime. The owners are great and caring people. So why would I be looking for a home based business? Ill tell you why&two words&Time Freedom. Working for someone else leaves me no Time Freedom.

As I approach age 46 with 2 children, age 3 and age 7, my values have changed, I no longer want to climb that corporate ladder. Working 40-50 hours a week just isnt appealing anymore.

This brings me to my journey to find the perfect home based business. Is there really such a thing? Well, I was determined to find out. I knew people were making money online, but how were they doing it? Did they have a regular job? or was there online business there full time job? How could a husband and a father of two possibly have time to make a run of it?

My journey started about 3 years ago when I saw my first multi-level marketing presentation. I thought, boy this is it. The circles on the board made perfect sense. I bring in three, and they bring in three so on and so forth. This is going to be easy. I just have to invite all my friends and family and they will all sign up. They will see exactly what I saw. WE WILL ALL BE RICH! Where do I sign?

So I paid for my representative package and I dug in. I started inviting all my friends and family to these local meetings. They thought I was crazy. They would come just to humor me. To make a long story short, no one signed up. It went on like this for months. No signups and a garage full of products. Sound familiar?

I later found out that the top producers in the company would spend 8-10 hours a day on the phone calling leads, selling the opportunity. Who has time for this?

I had a full time job. I maybe had 2 hours a night. Needless to say multi-level marketing left a bad taste in my mouth. But I was not going to give up. For the last three years I have tried everything&mlms, network marketing, direct sales, ebay merchant, affiliate marketing, day trading stocks, you name it Ive tried it.

The common denominator of failure between all of them was lack of time to dedicate to make them work. I just didn't have the time to put into them.

Still not giving up, I started looking for a business that had a system already in place. A business that would run on autopilot. A business that requires little time to run for someone who had a full time job, because the fact is you have to work your full time job until your can start making enough money to quit your day job. Its a catch 22. Was there really such a business out there?

I ran across several businesses that claimed to be fully automated, but when I dug deeper found that you still had to do a lot of phone work calling leads.

Just when I was about to give up on my dream of time freedom. I received an email from a friend that I respected and trusted. Oh no, here I go again. Just out of respect, I clicked on the link.

What I discovered was nothing short of a miracle. It was a system and a website so thorough, a website with no hype, no B.S. just the facts and a product that was awesome and in high demand. I found that this business truly required no selling, no telling, no cold calling, and best of all, no inviting friends and family to meetings. This was the business I had been searching for for three years.

So needless to say I jumped in with both feet. I have never been happier, and never looked back.

The sales are starting to come in and Im on target in 6 months to quit my job and create the life and lifestyle I have always dreamed of.

Never give up on your dreams. If you are a husband and father or a wife and mother looking for a lifestyle change or looking to get out of the rat race, I encourage you to take a look at this system, because systems work, people fail.

Make an appointment with a Loan Officer at your bank. Take your tax returns for the past 3 years with you along with pay stubs from the past 3 months. Also, take your business plan. Even if you don't qualify s/he will direct you. S/he will tell you exactly what you have to do to qualify for a loan in that amount. Good luck!

My name is Ken and I'm asian and half black anyways, Since I was inspired by One Piece and Eiichiro Oda the creator of One Piece, I wanted to become a Mangaka and go live in Japan. This is my plan, I'll studied Japanese each day, learn 1 Kanji each week, and draw alot, but the things that are in my way are, School,homework,talking in english while trying to learn Japanese, and my baby brother is bugging so munch that I don't have time for my self.

Yeah…. its going to be tough for me to reach my goals but I can't give Up! and I'm serious about my Goal!! I found a art school in Japan that fit me in and also allow foreigner to go there too but the bad news is I don't how munch it cost in US DOLLARS and how munch I have to pay to fly over to Japan. The Tuition fee is about JPY 590,000 and the Entrance fee is about JPY 300,000,can't tell how munch that is even I'm not sure if I have enough money to pay it and I'm not sure How to tell my parents about what I want to do for a career and telling them that I want to go to a art school in Japan, they might think that it won't never happen and they might not let me go, BullShit!!! ^_^ but it will happen someday, I'll prove it to them. I also got 3 years left before I'm done with high school, I need to think ahead.

590,000 yen=$ 6,119. Nice art work. Do you **HAVE** to study in Japan to be a Mangaka? Never give up on your dreams! If you read about anyone successful there were always challenges that they had to push through. You do not hear about people who did not overcome challenges because they are not successful.
