Question by xsweetkisses03x: How long will it take to get my school-certified private student loan check?
I’ve been pre-approved for the Smart Option Student Loan, and just submitted my paperwork today. The loan has to be certified by my school, and I’ve never had a school-certified private loan before, so I’m wondering how long it will be before I get a check?

You actually won’t see a check, they send it straight to your school’s financial aid office. Any money that is left over will be reimbursed to you through your school’s bursar office. (You might have to fill out a form asking for your signature to get your money back)
