Question by LAX: Can my fiances income be combined with mine on a home loan to increase what we can be approved for?
My fiance who is younger, has almost no credit history, but does have a good job with nice income, and no debt. We are planning a marriage soon, and are looking at homes together. I have been doing everything myself, but was wondering if we could go-in together so that we have more income per month, and a much better income-debt ratio? Would this allow us to be approved for more?? Thanks for your feedback!

You can apply for a joint loan. Both incomes and credit histories will be considered.
