Question by Grady B: How do I find a lender for non owner occupied homes for a loan under k?
I own some properties in Ohio that are fully rented, have an appraisal of k to k and I am looking for a loan amount of k or so on them. They are rented, my credit score is 800+, low debt, good financial statement, etc. I would like a 10 year term loan. Thanks
